Managing Back Pain- The Miracle Ball Method
While struggling with back pain recently, I stumbled across a very unique product. I wanted to share this with our readers today as I feel it is a very worthy product.
The Miracle Ball Method was created by Elaine Petrone. First off, what the Miracle Ball Method is NOT: It is not an exercise program. It is just the opposite. This program focuses on breathing techniques and placing small flexible balls under your body in key areas. You then allow your own body to simply relax, and re-align itself naturally. This helps relieve pain associated with muscle tension.
When muscles do not receive enough oxygen (improper breathing), are stressed whether physically or emotionally, and do not receive proper blood circulation, they become
less supple and sometimes can even "freeze" or "lock up". When this happens, many other parts of the body can become stressed.
It is similar to a car having a part that is worn and going bad, but not broken. The car will continue to run, but it will cause wear and tear on other parts of the car until at some point, one of the parts will fail and the car will no longer run.
In my own epxerience, after years of back pain, this is indeed a "miracle". Lying on the balls releived my lower back stiffness and gave me more freedom of movement. Learning to breathe properly which is a very large part of this method and a very important one, has also helped me not only with my back pain but also in relieving everyday stress.
